CSS Nevada will assist our clients in setting up a business bank account in Nevada without additional charge. (The opening deposit must be paid by our clients.) Opening a bank account in Nevada is much more difficult since 9/11 and the passage of the Patriot Act. In most cases it is now required that our client physically appear in the Nevada bank in order to open the account. However, CSS Nevada will make all the arrangements with the bank so that our clients will be able to open the accounts with a minimum of delay.
