Entity Formation

For the past 12 years, CSS Nevada has formed business entities in all 50 states of the United States of America. These entities include corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), limited partnerships, living trusts and land trusts. This formation includes the filing of the necessary filing documents with the chosen state, the appointment of a resident agent for the entity in that state, obtaining the EIN from the IRS, a record book containing the minutes and resolutions for a corporation, an operating agreement for an LLC, limited partnership agreement for a limited partnership, trust agreements for living and land trusts, as well as stock, member and limited partnership certificates for the applicable entities.
