Resident Agent

CSS Nevada serves as resident agent for entities formed in the State of Nevada. All entities formed through the Office of the Secretary of State are required to list a resident agent at the time of filing. The listing of a resident agent is required in all 50 states of the Untied States. The principal duty of the resident agent is to be available for the service of process in the event the entity is sued. In the event CSS Nevada is served on behalf of one of its clients, our highly trained staff will contact our client immediately of the service and fax a copy of the summons and complaint to the client without delay. Time is of the essence when a lawsuit is filed and CSS Nevada will ensure that you receive notice of this lawsuit as soon as CSS Nevada receives service of process.
